Sweet Potato Puffs

This is my grandmother's recipe for Sweet Potato Puffs.

1 can sweet potatoes
mash
add 1 beaten egg
Form in round balls
Place marshmallow in
center -- roll in cornflakes
fry in deep fat - 360°
